The human mind, body and spirit have always been wildly fascinating to me. Since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2018, I have continuously witnessed the correlation between the three. My passion to understand and find ways to restore balance within this intricate connection has only grown over time. Through the years of doing bodywork, I have found a specific interest in Prenatal Massage.
In 2020 I became a mother myself and gained an entirely new perspective on pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Little did I know- this would ignite a spark within which I never knew existed, a passion for birth work. I completed Birth Doula training through Bastyr in July of 2021. Photography is something I've always been drawn to and being able to capture a moment in time is so raw, real and deeply moving.
​I currently practice massage at Apocalypse Massage in downtown Puyallup. Most of my time is spent with my wonderful daughter, hitting up all the local parks, watching movies and getting creative together. Some of my personal hobbies include exploring the state, cooking, gardening, yoga, dancing and making art with many different mediums.
